What is MASScardo 5-Week?

MASScardo 5-Week is a powerbuilding strength program that I've designed to increase your 1RM for the BIG 3: squat, bench, and deadlift.


This program is the culmination of personal experiences from other strength programs, experimenting with sets, reps, and percentages with clients and colleagues, and acquired knowledge from reading books on how to develop a strength program.


I, and a small group of close friends and colleagues, have ran this program multiple times (made numerous changes through trial and error) and we've all seen valuable results from it. I can proudly say that this program will guarantee substantial strength results!
